Join us for a talk with Sir Nick Harvey, CEO of European Movement UK, who will discuss the geopolitical case for the UK to join the EU.
There are many good arguments for the UK to rejoin the EU, and it's hardly surprising that the debate often focuses on regaining lost opportunities and rights for UK citizens or the benefits to trade and the wider economy.
Against a backdrop of the brutal Russian invasion of Ukraine, the chaotic corruption and malevolence of the Trump administration, the economic and political challenge from China, and fracturing global institutions, the geopolitical case for joining the EU deserves greater attention.
