Explore what you’d like to grow this spring through a creative vision board workshop inspired by nature and Five Element Theory.

What’s beginning to stir in you?

Spring doesn’t arrive fully formed. It begins with small signs: a shift in the light, a swelling bud, a little green appearing where there was bare earth.

Our own beginnings can be like that too. An idea we keep returning to. A wish for something different. A feeling that we’d like more room for a part of ourselves.

Join Elemental Art Flow for a creative morning exploring those possibilities through vision boards with a twist.

Taking inspiration from nature and Five Element Theory, we’ll draw on the spring Wood element and its associations with growth, direction and vision. Through guided reflection and creative exploration, you’ll begin to give shape to what you’d like to nurture in your life.

A vision board you’ll want to keep

We’ll work with colour, imagery, texture and words, paying attention to what interests you and how it feels to bring those elements together.

Your board might hold a clear intention or a collection of possibilities. It could express a feeling you want more of, an experience you’d love to have or a creative direction you’re curious about.

You’ll be encouraged to explore beyond familiar choices and enjoy making something that feels like yours. Something you want to look at, live with and return to as your ideas develop.

You don’t need to arrive knowing what it will contain. Discovering that is part of the morning.

What to expect

- An introduction to the spring Wood element as a starting point for reflection.

- Gentle prompts to explore what you’d like to welcome, nurture or make space for.

- Creative exploration using imagery, colour, texture and words.

- Guidance as you bring your ideas together into a personal vision board.

- Time to pause, notice connections and consider what your board means to you.

There’s no need to explain your choices or share anything personal. You can take part at your own pace and follow the ideas that feel right for you.

Who is this workshop for?

You might have a change in mind, be looking for fresh inspiration or simply want a morning to reconnect with your own wishes.

This workshop is for you if you:

- Would appreciate time to think about what you want.

- Enjoy exploring ideas visually, or would like to try.

- Feel drawn to the energy and possibilities of spring.

- Want a welcoming creative experience without pressure to be “good at art”.

- Are curious about nature and Five Element Theory.

No previous creative experience is needed, and you don’t need to know anything about the five elements before coming.
