Join us this Autumn for a gentle journalling and creative writing session.

Connect with the rhythms of nature through this gentle and cosy journaling session led by writer Taylor Edmonds. Drawing upon the themes of the Autumn Equinox (Mabon), we'll gather to reflect, release and set intentions for the new season ahead. Combining journaling, creative writing and visualisation, the session will help you cross over the threshold to the darker half of the year with clarity and connection.

You can expect:

Please note, you do not need any prior writing experience to attend the session and all abilities are welcome.

Your facilitator:

Taylor Edmonds is a writer, poet and creative facilitator from Barry in South Wales. She is the founder of Writing for Joy, her creative company where she provides creative writing and wellbeing workshops for both adults and young people. Workshops are centred around the positive impact creativity can have on mental health and wellbeing, through mindfulness, creative expression and creative voice. She also runs a monthly online journal club, centred around nature and the seasons.
