Lucy and I are so excited to finally share that we’ve been busy creating and planning our very first retreat together!

Join us for a nourishing day of movement, connection, relaxation and self-care at the beautiful Sunhouse, nestled beside the stunning Garth Mountain.

This intimate retreat has been thoughtfully designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling refreshed and restored.

Throughout the day, you'll enjoy:

🌀Cacao Ceremony – an opportunity to connect, set intentions and open the heart.

🌀Vinyasa Yoga – an energising and flowing practice to awaken the body.

🌀Yin Yoga – a deeply restorative session encouraging stillness and release.

🌀Sound Journey – allowing you to fully relax and immerse yourself in healing vibrations.

🌀Gut Health Talk (35 minutes with Lucy) – practical and insightful guidance on supporting your health from the inside out.

🌀Sauna Ritual (35 minutes with Beth) – featuring traditional birch and oak sauna whisks, mineral-rich salt scrubs, and a nourishing clay face mask for the ultimate wellness experience.

To keep the day personal and intimate, we have decided to limit the retreat to just 9 spaces. Light refreshments will be provided but please bring lunch or anything else that you might want with you!

💷 Investment: £65 per person

Parking will be available at Garth tyres, it’s then a short walk up the track to the studio
