About This Event

A hydrogen safety and demonstration day will occur on Wednesday 3 September 2026 at the Spadeadam Research and Testing facility in Carlisle. The event is part of the Northern Europe Hydrogen Awareness initiative. Tickets cost £385.73.

Northern Europe Hydrogen Awareness Event - Spadeadam

Based on DNV’s one-day hazard awareness course combining a mix of practical demonstrations and classroom presentations, giving delegates a unique insight into hydrogen and natural gas safety, explosions and fires.

The cost of the course will include the coach to and from DNV Spadeadam, the hydrogen safety and demonstration day, and lunch, coffee and refreshments at DNV Spadeadam.

Please note: delegates will need to organize and pay for their own travel to Newcastle and hotel.
