Carlow County Development Partnership is hosting Let's Talk Menopause at the Woodford Dolmen Hotel in Carlow. The event is free to attend and aims to provide a relaxed and informative experience for those at every stage of menopause.

Join Carlow County Development Partnership for Let's Talk Menopause, a relaxed and informative event for every stage of menopause.

Join Menopause Expert Catherine O'Keeffe of The Wellness Warrior and Linda Murray of Beoga Nutrition for a day of expert advice, practical information and open conversation. Together, they will explore hormonal changes, nutrition, sleep, stress, mental wellbeing, confidence and healthy lifestyle habits, sharing realistic strategies that you can put into practice straight away.

Whether you are experiencing menopause yourself, supporting someone who is, or simply want to learn more about women's health and wellbeing, this event offers a welcoming space to gain trusted information, ask questions and connect with others.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

As this is a free event, if you are no longer able to attend, please cancel your ticket or pass it on to someone who would benefit from the opportunity.
