Massage of the 5 Continents is a whole-body treatment bringing together five massage techniques inspired by traditions from around the world, a carefully selected blend of essential oils and energy work, creating one unique experience for body, mind and senses.

This 2-day practical hands-on training is designed for qualified massage therapists who want to expand their skills, add something genuinely different to their business and bring a deeply relaxing, sensory experience to their clients.

During the two days you will:

Learn the complete Massage of the 5 Continents protocol

Practise the techniques hands-on with personalised guidance

Learn how the specific oils and energetic elements are incorporated into the treatment

Develop the confidence to offer M5C professionally to your own clients

Train in a small group, limited to 6 participants

Receive your Massage of the 5 Continents Practitioner Diploma upon successful completion of the training

Times: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM both days

Course investment: €540

Reserve your place: €50, deducted from the €540 course fee.

Entry requirement: A massage qualification and knowledge of Anatomy & Physiology are required. Reiki knowledge is beneficial but not essential.

Training is delivered by Delia Nicolcea, Ireland’s only M5C Practitioner and Trainer, fully qualified and insured, and a CPD-accredited provider.
