About This Event

The 1:1 Millinery Experience will occur on 30 October 2026 at The Stables in Chelmsford. Participants will learn millinery techniques and create a hat using sinamay or wool felt over two studio sessions. Ticket prices are listed on the website.

Over two studio sessions on a Friday and Saturday, you will learn about millinery techniques and work with your choice of sinamay or wool felt. You will learn hat blocking techniques and construct and decorate a bespoke button hat. Suitable for beginners – although some hand sewing skills would be an advantage. All materials are included (with a choice of colours), one-to-one tutoring, a hat box to transport and keep your beautiful creation, refreshments and complimentary parking. ​£220 One to One Experience | £420 for Two People
