Join Colin Fordham for Emergency First Aid at Work. The Emergency First Aid at Work is a one-day course and students will receive a certificate on successful completion. The skills you will learn are important for everyone, but if you teach yoga you must have a valid certificate. So do check your certificate is up to date! Colin is an experienced and very thorough trainer and will lead the training on the day. Wear comfortable and practical clothing and footwear as the day will include demonstrations and practice. All students should be in full health on the day of the course as there may be some practical work involved. Bring a note pad and pen and you may wish to bring your own yoga mat, also a form of ID for yourself (eg driving licence/passport) Please bring your own packed lunch on the day. Teas, coffees and biscuits will be provided. It's a full day of learning with breaks but please note the 9.30 start so that we can finish at 4.30 pm.
