Thinking about training to teach yoga, but not quite ready to commit? Or maybe you've known for a while that this is the next step, and you just want to see it, feel it, and ask the questions that only make sense in person.

Either way, we'd love to see you.

Our Open Day is a relaxed, drop-in afternoon — no schedule to follow, no need to arrive at a set time, and nothing you need to prepare. Simply come along any time between 10am and 2pm, settle in with a cuppa, and let the conversation unfold from there.

What to expect

You'll spend time with Candice, our lead trainer, getting to know the person you'll be learning from and the energy she brings to the training. This is your chance to:

Walk through our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in detail — what it covers, how it's structured, and what the journey looks like from first weekend to graduation

Pick up a full syllabus to take away and read at your own pace

See the classroom and studio space where you'd be training

Ask anything — about the course, about teaching, about whether this feels like the right fit for you right now

There's no pressure, no pitch, and no obligation. Just an open door and an honest conversation.

Training to teach yoga is a meaningful decision, and we believe you should feel completely confident in it before you sign up. Meeting your trainer, seeing the space, and getting your questions answered in person makes all the difference — far more than any prospectus ever could.
