The magic of a sound bath but floating (on an air bed) on water.

Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative experience that combines the powerful benefits of sound healing with the calming, weightless sensation of floating.

Water is a natural conductor of sound, allowing healing frequencies to travel more efficiently through the body. As you float, you may feel gentle vibrations moving through you, creating an immersive and therapeutic experience. The Experience

Set within beautiful private grounds near Cheltenham Racecourse, this unique event takes place in a tranquil indoor pool, that can be opened to the air depending on the weather.

You will float on a comfortable double inflatable mattress while being guided into deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra, accompanied by a 60-minute live sound bath.
