Escape to a day of rejuvenation and water immersion with our incredible Scenic Sauna retreat this winter. In collaboration with Scenic Sauna team, we offer an 60-min inspiring yoga session followed by a 30 minute nervous system reset breath work session followed by an hour water immersion: sauna and plunge pool!
