Celebrating the Autumn Equinox: Camp, Feast, Fire & Yoga weekend, an off-grid overnight retreat near Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, immersing you in nature to mark the turning of the seasons.

Immerse in nature for this overnight gathering to celebrate the turning of the seasons, camping, feasting, fireside connection and grounding yoga in a beautiful off-grid Gloucestershire setting.

Saturday

4:00pm: Arrival & camp set up Welcome to the land. Pitch your tent, settle into your surroundings and enjoy a warm drink as everyone arrives.

5:30pm: Opening practice, Autumn wind-down yoga A short welcome, introductions and intention-setting for the evening, followed by a slow, grounding practice to release the week, reconnect with the body and ease into the season ahead.

7:30pm: Seasonal feast Gather together around the table to enjoy a nourishing seasonal supper celebrating local produce and the abundance of autumn.

9:00pm: Fire circle Wrap up warm and gather around the fire for conversation, reflection, hot drinks and toasted marshmallows beneath the night sky.

10:30pm onwards: Camp beneath the stars Retire to your tent and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep immersed in nature.

Sunday

8:00am: Tea & light bites Wake slowly with a warm drink and the sounds of the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside.

9:00am: Rise & shine slow flow Immerse in the beautiful surroundings as your body wakes gently into a slow, mindful morning practice.

10:30am: Seasonal brunch A wholesome brunch shared together before the journey home.

11:30am - 12:00pm: Depart A final moment to reflect, share intentions for the season ahead and say goodbye.

Pack up camp and head home feeling grounded, nourished and ready to welcome autumn.
