Following a soldier haunted by the experiences of war as he rebuilds his life as a teacher, the novel explores memory, love and the possibility of renewal. As a new connection offers hope, the past threatens to resurface, raising profound questions about healing, resilience and the lasting impact of conflict. Chaired by Daniel Hahn .
