Comedian Charlie Higson gallops through every English ruler since Harold was shot in the eye at the Battle of Hastings – an engrossing and grossly entertaining story of regicide, fratricide, patricide, uxoricide and mariticide (you might have to look up those last two). There will be a book signing after this event.
