Meet for a walk and a chat in the forest with volunteers and other parents.

Led by NCT volunteers, our NCT Walk and Talk groups give new and expectant parents the opportunity to:

get outdoors with their babies on a safe and accessible route

improve their mental health and wellbeing

make new friends and feel part of a community
