Immerse yourself in a blissful Meditation and Sound Healing Bath with Crystal Harp, Crystal bowls, Handpan and Gong

Meditation, Soundbath and Healing with Crystal harp, crystal bowls, handpan, gongs and aromatherapy to deeply rest and relax.

Join me for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation at this Sound Healing Bath event.

We will start our gathering with meditation to ground and fully arrive into the present moment. We will practice together, preparing our body to surrender and recieve the sound.

We will then immerse ourselves in the mutitude of the sounds and vibrations , as my instruments work their magic to restore harmony and balance to your mind, body, and spirit.

Crystal Harp will be one of the featured instruments, joining forces with my other instruments to rejuevinate and heal.

Crystal Harp is quite a unique instrument - she produces soothing, ethereal tones - they reach not just deep on celluar level but also positively afffect our minds and souls, connecting us with the unseen, helping us to experience wholeness and oneness with all. My chosen Harp brings a state of deep peace and spiritual contemplation. Its tuning, inspired by the subtlety of stars and the infinity of the cosmos, is perfectly adapted to induce a state of deep meditation and inner silence.

I will be playing my gorgeous handpan again. Discover her gentle, meditative sound —an instrument designed to quiet the mind and open the heart. With its soft, resonant tones and flowing rhythms, the handpan invites you into the present moment, encouraging deep listening and inner stillness. As its harmonics wash over you, they create a mindful space where thoughts can settle, breath can deepen, and awareness can gently expand. Let the sound of the handpan support your journey inward, anchoring you in calm and presence.

Prepare to be transported to a state of deep relaxation as I will guide you through a unique sound journey. In addition to the ethereal tones of the Crystal Harp and medititative sounds of handpan, the resonating vibrations of the crystal bowls will wash away any stress or tension, the gong will help release any blocked energy, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed, and the sound of the handpan will support your journey inward, anchoring you in calm and presence. I will also use carefully selected aromatherapy tools to help the sound and healing integration throughout.

No previous experience is necessary, and all* are welcome to attend. Just bring yourself, a comfortable pillow to lie on and a blanket to keep yourself cosy and warm (mats are provided), and an open mind. Allow the power of sound to wash over you, providing a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Please note that the door to the venue will be closed as soon as the event starts to ensure no disruption and allow full immersion.

Our venue has got plenty of parking spaces (free parking).
