You are warmly invited to join us for a gentle sound bath at Christ Church Willaston.

In a calm and welcoming space, within the beautiful setting of the church, with soft candlelight, you’ll be invited to rest comfortably while immersed in a blend of soothing sounds, such as singing bowls, chimes, and other gentle instruments. The sounds are offered as a way to support quiet moments of rest and stillness, allowing you to experience the session in your own way.

This in-person evening offers an opportunity to pause, take a break from the pace of everyday life, and spend some time simply being. Whether you’re curious to try something new or looking for a different kind of midweek pause, you’re welcome to come as you are.

What to expect:

Blanket • yoga/camping mat • water • anything that helps you feel comfortable

Our sound baths are designed to be gentle and relaxing for most people. However, if you have any medical concerns or please consult your doctor before attending.

Please note: sound baths are not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy.

Extra care is advised for those who:

Take anti-psychotic medication or manage serious mental health conditions

Experience sound-induced epilepsy or sound sensitivity

Use hearing aids

Have any other medical concerns or conditions

For the best experience, please stay well hydrated and avoid eating a heavy meal 1–2 hours before the session.
