An Autumn Retreat to help you move through the seasons with more acceptance, awareness and a gentleness of what's happening within and around us. There will be time for Reflection with Journalling for Clarity, for Stillness through Meditation and a Sound Bath Journey, Qi Gong for Strength and ease to boost our immune system, Tai Chi play for some expression and fun, plus time for Tea and Cake and more....
