This Retreat is for a limited number of places and there are now just 3 Places left.......Following on from my first half day Summer Retreat called "Fire with Flow" we return with "Transitioning with Ease". An Autumn Retreat to help you move through the seasons with more acceptance, awareness and a gentleness of what's happening within and around us. There will be time for Reflection with Journalling for Clarity, for Stillness through Meditation and a Sound Bath Journey, Qi Gong for Strength and ease to boost our immune system, Tai Chi play for some expression and fun, plus time for Tea and Cake and more....
