Join me on Sunday evening for a soothing Sound Bath with Reiki.

It’s Sunday Sound Bath time ✨🌀

Come and join me for a cosy Sunday evening, a sound bath infused with reiki and the most soothing sounds and vibrations. My crystal bowls and chimes bringing in some much needed calm and balance, a little energetic reset to get you ready for the week ahead. The session will close with a short reiki treatment for everyone, hopefully you’ll leave feeling relaxed and re-energised.

All you need to bring is a yoga mat and anything else you like to be comfy for the sound bath. Some people bring along extra blankets, an eye mask and pillows. Dress in your comfiest clothes and just leave the rest to me.

Can't wait to see you there!

Love, Jo xx
