Join the Essex & Ipswich CIPD Branch for an informative session delivered by an experienced Acas Dispute Resolution Operations Manager, who will provide practical guidance on how Early Conciliation works, what employers and employees can expect, and how organisations can use good workplace practices to help prevent disputes from escalating.

The session will cover:

The role of an Acas Senior Business Advisor, including the free initial advice and tailored support available to employers.

An overview of the Early Conciliation process, including how it works, the benefits, the impact on both parties, the voluntary nature of participation, and key tribunal time limits.

How effective workplace practices can help prevent disputes from escalating.

A brief introduction to Collective Conciliation and how Acas supports organisations working with recognised trade unions.

The session will conclude with a dedicated Q&A. Where possible, attendees are encouraged to submit questions in advance to help ensure the discussion addresses the topics of greatest interest and relevance.
