Learn simple hand-mending skills with Karolina Wieczorek. Bring a worn garment and give it a new life—no sewing experience needed!
What if repairing what we already own became part of how we care for the living world?
Join Karolina Wieczorek for The Art of Mending, a hands-on workshop introducing absolute beginners to the simple skills of repairing and caring for clothes so they can be worn for longer.
Fast fashion generates enormous amounts of waste and carries a significant ecological footprint. Learning to mend a garment is one small, practical way to resist the cycle of buying, discarding and replacing—and to move towards a more circular relationship with the things we use.
Bring a garment in need of some TLC. Whether you've never threaded a needle, sewn a button or picked up a needle and thread, Karolina will guide you through accessible hand-mending techniques and help you give an old favourite a new lease of life.
No previous sewing experience necessary.
