Escape to the countryside for a peaceful day of Yoga Journalling and a Yoga Nidra Sound bath to feel rested and ready for 2027.

Before you rush into resolutions, escape to the countryside and give yourself a morning to slow down. Tucked away in peaceful surroundings, the beautiful Wren Hall is the perfect place to breathe, settle and gently step into the new year.

We’ll start with yoga to release tension and rejuvenate the body. Then we’ll use journaling and life coaching exercises to look back on 2026 and decide what you want to carry into 2027. After a short lunch break, we’ll finish with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra sound bath, surrounded by a warm, like-minded community.

Please bring your own lunch, your yoga mat, and anything that helps you feel cosy for the Yoga Nidra, like a blanket, cushion or eye pillow.
