Summer Reading Challenge Club at Atherstone

Drop in for a relaxed session where children can chat about their reading challenge with friendly library staff and young volunteers. There will also be simple, free activities to enjoy each week, helping to keep reading exciting all summer long. Perfect for children taking part in the Summer Reading Challenge and their families.

Tuesday 21st July 2:30-3:30: Craft a Musical Note Garland

Tuesday 28th July 2:30-3:30: Build the Beat: Sound Exploration Workshop (Please note: Build the Beat is for ages 8-11 only and must be booked on Eventbrite)

Tuesday 4th August 2:30-3:30: Melody Makers: Singing and Melody Games

Tuesday 11th August 2:30-3:30: Create Your Own Instrument Lab

Tuesday 18th August 2:30-3:30: Feel the Beat: Music and Movement

Booking: This is a drop-in event, so booking is not required. If you do choose to book a ticket, please be aware that it does not guarantee you a space. Participation will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Please note: Build the Beat: Sound Exploration Workshop must be booked on Eventbrite.
