A walking tour describing the Coventry Blitz of 14 November 1940, when for eleven continuous hours German bombers decimated the city.

The intense bombing of Coventry on 14 November 1940, when more than 500 German bombers spent eleven hours bombarding the city in an operation codenamed Moonlight Sonata, was the first and most devastating air attack in history up to that point.

Two-thirds of the city was destroyed, including over 4,300 homes.
