Parenting, and life in general, can feel overwhelming — especially when you or your family are neurodivergent.
The NeuroNest Hub is a free, welcoming community drop-in space for:
Autistic individuals
ADHD individuals
Neurodivergent adults
Parents & carers of neurodivergent children
But most importantly…💛 All are welcome — as long as you are kind, open-minded and non-judgemental
💛 What is The Hub?
The NeuroNest Hub is a relaxed, real-life support space — not clinical, not formal, just human.
A place where:
You don’t have to explain yourself
Your child can be themselves
You can ask questions, share experiences, or just sit with a coffee
🌿 What to expect:
Each session may include:
🧠 Parent information & support station
🎨 Creative / craft activities
🧸 Sensory & chill space
🍓 Simple food or snack activities
☕ A place to sit, chat or just take a breather
Or… you can simply come and exist — no pressure 💛
🕒 Session Details:
Daytime Sessions (Families/parents/ carers Welcome):📅 Fridays 🕚 11:00am – 1:00pm
Evening Sessions (Adults & Parents/Carers):📅 Tuesdays🕕 6:00pm – 8:00pm
📍 Location: Coniston Crescent Community Room, Stratford road, Derby, de21 4dp
🌍 Why we’re doing this:
Because support shouldn’t feel clinical.Because community shouldn’t be hard to find.Because no one should feel like they’re doing this alone.
We are also raising awareness — creating a space where neurodivergent lives are seen, understood and accepted in everyday environments 💫

This is a free, informal community space
All children must remain supervised by a parent/carer
This is not a drop-off service
Sessions are relaxed and may vary week to week
