Join our monthly Women's Collective for dance fitness and a Hair workshop. Learn how to make an organic hair oil with Onyx Oils!

Join us for our October Women’s Collective session – a monthly programme delivered by The Manasi Foundation in collaboration with EMCCA and Sporting Communities.

The Women’s Collective is a space for women to come together, move their bodies, learn something new and invest in their wellbeing. Our sessions take place on the last Saturday of every month, with each session offering a different experience focused on health, wellness, creativity and personal development.

Under 18s must be supervised by a responsible adult.

What to expect:

10:00am–11:00am | Dance Fitness 💃

Start your morning by moving your body, having fun and getting your energy flowing with an uplifting dance fitness session. No experience needed – just come as you are and enjoy yourself!

11:15am onwards | Smoothie-Making Workshop

Following the fitness session, we will learn how to make fruit smoothies with a workshop from PlantBased Passion.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about nutrition and taking time to learn how to fuel our bodies.

This is a relaxed and welcoming space to meet other women, try something new and prioritise your wellbeing.

Booking is essential as spaces are limited. Please secure your place in advance.
