Four & Six Mile runs starting at Derby Rugby Club

Six Mile Groups (approx 9.6 km)

10 - 11 min/mile pace (32 Min Parkrun) - 6:55 pm start.

8½ - 9½ min/mile pace (27 Min Parkrun) - 7:00 pm start.

7 ½ - 8 min/mile pace (24 min Parkrun) - 7:05 pm start .

Four Mile Groups (6.4 km)

12 - 13 min/mile pace (39 Min Parkrun) - 6:50 pm start.

10 - 11 min/mile pace (32 Min Parkrun) - 6:55 pm start.

The pace times shown are approximate, runners muster on route to allow for a range of speeds (faster runners will muster more!) the Parkrun time is the middle of the range.

Start times are staggered to avoid congestion.
