If you've ever wondered whether there's more to Barre than tiny pulses and burning thighs, this workshop is for you.

In this Barre practice, we'll explore a more fluid and integrated approach to Barre. One that develops strength, mobility, balance and coordination through intelligent movement patterns and whole-body connection. Rather than focusing solely on intensity, we'll look at how breath, movement quality and purposeful sequencing can transform your Barre practice into something that feels both challenging and energising. We'll finish with a short restorative sequence to help you rest, recover and reset.
