Your host
Surabhi Agarwal is the founder of The Charisma Coach, an award-winning coaching and image consulting practice working with mid-career professional women on mindset, personal styling and colour analysis. She was awarded Outstanding Coach of the Year 2026, and has spoken to over 1,500 professionals at organisations including LinkedIn, KPMG and Trinity College Dublin. She is a Top Model UK 2026 finalist, previously a Miss Universe Ireland 2025 finalist, and works as a senior management consultant in technology, data, and AI at a leading Big 4. She will be leading the colour analysis on the day.
Guest speaker: Thania Rayne Caballero Mahony
Rayne is a pageant coach, runway and catwalk coach, and personality development coach, as well as a commercial and catwalk model. She began in pageantry and modelling at 15, and what started as a passion became a lifelong practice in confidence, discipline, and purpose. Alongside the fashion and pageant industry, she works in a fast-paced hospitality environment, which sharpened her ability to communicate, lead and connect with people from all walks of life. She believes true elegance is not only how you walk into a room, but how you make people feel once you are in it.
Featured artist: Aditi Singh
Aditi moved from investment banking to the runway, driven by purpose, creativity, and impact. Originally from India and now based in Ireland, she works at Wells Fargo in Treasury and Finance, where she contributes to strategic governance, leads initiatives in international philanthropy, and champions culture and employee engagement. That work earned her the title of Miss Influential at the Miss and Mrs Cross Continent pageant. Outside of it she expresses her creativity through abstract art, poetry, and conceptual photoshoots, and believes true elegance lies in balancing ambition with authenticity.

The Sophie Foundation supports sick children and children in need, with a focus on mental health awareness and suicide prevention for young people.
All proceeds raised on the day go to the foundation.
