Kickstart your Sunday morning with a free yoga event at the stunning Clontarf Baths in aid of It's Okay not to be Okay Campaign for mental health.

Join us on 7th September from 7:00–8:30am for a rejuvenating session of yoga, breathwork, and meditation, suitable for all ages and experience levels.

This uplifting event, sponsored by Dublin City Council, aims to bring mindfulness and movement to the community as a free offering. We'll flow through an energising, beginner-friendly yoga practice, connect through calming breathwork and meditation, and soak up the healing energy of nature, all by the sea.

Afterwards, enjoy a refreshing sea dip, followed by friendly chats to start your day feeling grounded, relaxed, and inspired.

Although the event is free, cash donations will be gratefully accepted on the day in support of It's Okay not to be Okay, a cause close to our hearts.
