Conor O’Driscoll is Master Distiller at Heaven Hill Distillery, where he leads production at Heaven Hill Springs Distillery in Kentucky.

He plays a central role in carrying Heaven Hill’s distilling legacy forward, safeguarding the quality, consistency and character of one of America’s most historic independent, family-owned whiskey portfolios.

A native of Dublin, Ireland, Conor holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from University College Dublin. His early work in fermentation-based industries established the technical foundation that continues to shape his approach to whiskey-making.

Named Heaven Hill’s seventh Master Distiller in 2019, Conor brings together expertise in fermentation, distillation, maturation and warehousing with a deep respect for the people, craft and traditions behind the company. Today, he is helping lead Heaven Hill’s return to whiskey production in Bardstown through Heaven Hill Springs Distillery, uniting heritage, innovation and a long-term commitment to exceptional American Whiskey.

After the tasting we’re welcoming all attendees to BAR 1661 for post event Heaven Hill cocktails hosted by Conor O’Driscoll and the team.
