Salon Rógaire: An Chailleach. Fáilte ar ais to your favourite bilingual and bisexual salon. We're two years old!

Fáilte ar ais chuig Salon Rógaire. Tá an geimhreadh beagnach linn anois.

Come celebrate the lenghening of the nights and two years of Salon Rógaire with the Celtic Deity of the Winter An Chailleach.

An Chailleach, Caillagh, Cailleach Bhanna, Cailleach an Beara, hag, crone, witch.

An Chailleach is one of our most intriguing and powerful gods, with one white eye to see through the veil she heralds in a time of rest and rebirth, reflection and the slow, deep work of change.

Salon Rógaire has received funding from Dublin Unesco City of Literature to host the most ambitious salon yet.

Taking place in the atmospheric environs of The Fumbally Stables we will take you through an evening of literature, filíocht and art. Weaving together threads of contemporary Éire with our Celtic past we will look towards the winter and An Chailleach.

Each attendee will receive a complimentary zine made by Visual Artist Zoë Greenway featuring original dán/poems and artwork by some of Dublin's weird and wild file/poets.
