What makes a cheese taste the way it does? How do grapes become wine? And why do some pairings work so well together?

Join Kevin Sheridan of Sheridans Cheesemongers and Enrico Fantasia of Grape Circus at The Fumbally on Thursday 12 November for a relaxed evening of wine, cheese and curious conversation.

Taste specially selected wines alongside farmhouse cheeses and accompaniments as Kevin and Enrico guide you through the flavours, the makers and the stories behind them. Along the way, we’ll explore a little of the science at work, from fermentation to the way we experience taste.

Expect good food, good wine and plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Whether you know your way around a cheese counter or simply enjoy a glass of wine, come hungry for a taste and a few discoveries.
