Your True Path to Wellness Weekly Knitting, Crafting, and Natter Women's Group

Did you know that knitting offers so many wonderful health benefits?

It can help improve mental well-being by reducing stress and anxiety.

It also offers cognitive benefits, such as enhancing memory and slowing cognitive decline.

It gives a great sense of achievement, encourages social bonds, and enhances fine motor skills.

Plus, the gentle, rhythmic movements can be incredibly soothing, kind of like meditation, and the focus it requires can be a lovely way to practice mindfulness.

Thursday: 6.30 pm - 8 pm

You will find us at the YMCA Broughty Ferry.

£2.00 that includes Cakes, cuppas and all you need to get started with knitting
