Embrace autumn’s slower rhythm with gentle vinyasa yoga, immersive sound meditation, nourishing homemade treats and warm drinks. All welcome

Ease into the slower rhythm of autumn, a time to reflect, reconnect and gently let go.

Join Agata and Nykky for three hours of gentle movement, guided meditation and immersive sound in the welcoming Otter Room at The Larick Centre, Tayport.

Begin with gentle vinyasa yoga led by Agata, followed by guided sound meditation with Nykky. Both sessions draw inspiration from autumn’s Metal element, with a focus on clarity, balance and letting go of what we no longer need.

Afterwards, enjoy homemade nourishing treats, warm drinks and time to connect.

All levels of yoga are welcome, including beginners.
