Join Our Sound Bath Experience!

Join sound therapist James Powles for a deeply relaxing 1-hour sound bath in Langley Park, Durham, designed to support your wellbeing and self-discovery through sound.

During the session, you’ll lie comfortably while a blend of soothing sounds and vibrations gently guide you into a relaxed, meditative state. The experience can help calm the nervous system, quiet a busy mind, and bring a sense of balance and clarity.

Using a combination of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, voice, didgeridoo and native flute, James creates an immersive soundscape designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect.

About James

James discovered sound therapy after experiencing its effects first-hand and feeling a deep sense of calm and mental clarity. Inspired by the impact it had, he went on to train as a fully accredited sound therapist and now shares these sessions to help others find relaxation, insight, and balance.
