At all our retreats, everything is an invitation. There’s no pressure, no previous experience needed, and you don’t even have to believe that you can find calm or get creative. Throughout each session you’ll be offered accessible ways to adapt, pause or step away from anything that doesn’t feel comfortable for you. And our experience team will be there every step of the way.
