This is a special session to allow yourself to gift yourself time to relax, rejuvenate and restore your body, mind and soul.

We will begin with mini facials using Tropic Skincare products. You will have time to find the skincare for you and explore a range of natural skincare (no nasties!)

Whilst your skin continues to feel the benefits and glow, you will lie down and be guided through breathwork, a guided meditation and sound frequency healing where I will guide any energy blockages so that you leave feeling more like YOU- unlocked and ready to move into the week ahead.

Mats and eye masks will be provided but feel free to bring your own and a cushion and a blanket for extra comfort.
