Join us at our idyllic woodland cabin to immerse yourself in nature this autumn. Ease into the cosy season, gently let go of expectations and replenish your energy at our calming retreat. With top tips, practical ideas and a basket brimming with wholesome wellbeing and comforting creative activities, you’ll soon feel ultra cosy.
Escape into a sanctuary of mindful crafts, relaxing meditation and reflective connection. Make an autumn wreath, create a dried-flower photo frame or macramé leaf. Take a short stroll through the nearby woods and pause by the river. Relax through the gentle movements of qigong. Plant spring bulbs to grow future joy. Enjoy warming refreshments throughout, included with both full- and half-day tickets.
Do you dread the darker nights drawing in, or just love getting cosy under a blanket? Our woodland retreat will coach you through the change of season and help bring you calm before the chaos of the festive period. Why not take a little time for you to refill your cup and restore energies? Whether you attend as an individual or with a loved one, you’ll quickly find friendship and connection in our small, supportive group.
At all our retreats, everything is an invitation. There’s no pressure, no previous experience needed, and you don’t even have to believe that you can find calm or get creative. Our inclusive activities are all especially designed for those who can find it a bit harder than most to take part without support. Throughout each session you’ll be offered accessible ways to adapt, pause or step away from anything that doesn’t feel comfortable for you. And our experienced team will be there every step of the way.
