A compassionate 3-day experiential group workshop for dynamic inner shifts. That which seems in the way, may actually BE THE WAY.

Women’s Shadow Work Weekend

9–11 October 2026

Hackhurst Farm, East Sussex

You may understand yourself well and still find yourself caught in familiar patterns. The same relationship dynamics, difficulty holding boundaries, self doubt, fears or ways of responding can persist, even when we understand where they came from.

Shadow Work is experiential. Rather than simply understanding our patterns, we explore what sits beneath them and what other possibilities may be available. The work can help us access parts of ourselves that have become hidden or underused, expanding the range of ways we can meet our inner world, our relationships and the challenges of life.

And we do this together.

In a small group of just eight women, each participant has the opportunity to undertake her own facilitated Shadow Work and to witness the work of others. Again and again, we recognise aspects of our own fears, longings, shame and struggles in another woman’s experience.

Being seen in the places we may usually hide or judge, and met with acceptance rather than judgement, can allow something different to happen. The group becomes an important part of the work: a place to be witnessed, supported and held, and to discover how much more we share than that which separates us.

This is a weekend for women who are curious about themselves, feeling stuck, seeking greater depth, or simply sensing that there may be more of themselves available to live.

No previous experience of Shadow Work is needed. Curiosity, a willingness to explore and a desire for something to change are enough.

Curious, but not ready to book?
