Start your Friday mornings during September (weather permitting!) with a grounding, beginner-friendly Hatha flow on Portobello beach. Hi, I'm Lisa, a Yoga teacher in training and I’m hosting a relaxed practice session to soak up the morning sea air and get our bodies moving!

This is a relaxed, welcoming community session—come exactly as you are. Whether it's your first yoga class or you're a regular practitioner, you'll be warmly welcomed. 🌊🧘‍♀️
