Welcoming yoga practice for all abilities, using the chair for support with breath and movement Chair-Based Yoga An accessible and welcoming yoga practice for all abilities, particularly those with limited mobility or anyone looking for a gentler practice while still building strength, flexibility and mobility. We’ll move slowly and intentionally, with clear instructions and variations always provided so you can work at a level that feels right for you. No previous yoga experience is needed. 45-minute class. All props are provided - just bring yourself and wear comfortable clothing. Beginners are very welcome. Chair-Based Yoga
An accessible and welcoming yoga practice for all abilities, particularly those with limited mobility or anyone looking for a gentler practice while still building strength, flexibility and mobility.
We’ll move slowly and intentionally, with clear instructions and variations always provided so you can work at a level that feels right for you. No previous yoga experience is needed.
45-minute class. All props are provided - just bring yourself and wear comfortable clothing.
Beginners are very welcome.
