A monthly gathering designed to bring women together for meaningful conversation, personal growth and genuine connection.

This is more than just a meet up. It’s a space to pause, reflect and nurture your inner world — something we so often neglect while focusing on everything else ❤️

Each session will include:

• Gentle guided meditation

• Mindset exploration and journaling

• Simple mindfulness practices you can take into everyday life

• Thought-provoking conversation

• Space to share (with absolutely no pressure)

• A relaxed, interactive atmosphere with plenty of time to chat and connect over tea, coffee and biscuits

Using my skills and experience as a certified life coach, I’ll guide the session in a way that feels supportive, encouraging and empowering — with a little bit of woo woven in ✨

No experience of coaching, meditation or mindfulness is needed.

No commitment to attend every month.

About the Host

Jenny is a certified life coach passionate about connecting women and helping them become their best selves.

Through her 1:1 online life coaching, she works with women to develop an empowering mindset, make big transformations, and overcome what’s holding them back from achieving their goals.

She also hosts three monthly wellbeing events in Loanhead, near Edinburgh, at Loanhead Library and The Link:
