A December Saturday afternoon beneath the Victorian glass roof of Glenogle Swim Centre. You'll rest on a padded float on the surface of the pool while live sound washes over the water around you. No swimming needed, no experience needed. Just lie back, let the float hold you, and let the sound do the rest. What to expect: • A guided arrival to help you settle and slow your breathing • Around an hour of live, immersive sound • Time to come back gently at the end • A warming herbal tea to end Join Summerhall Distillery at their historic venue for an immersive cocktail masterclass, where the art of mixology meets the science of spirits! Edinburgh Printmakers' Family Print Club is perfect for children as they explore lots of different printmaking techniques and have fun as well! Transmission Meditation is a simple group meditation providing both a dynamic service to the world and powerful personal spiritual development.
