Let it out and let life back in with FloWriting, a practical 75-minute workshop at the Scottish Storytelling Centre on Saturday 21st November that shows you a simple way to put what’s inside into words. Unlike journaling, FloWriting isn’t about analysing your thoughts or making sense of them as you write. It’s uncensored, unedited and unconstrained, and the value is in the writing, not the words. Led by Caroline MacGregor, founder of LetMeGo, the workshop explores what FloWriting is (and isn’t) and how to practise it safely, so you can free up more space in your mind and body. You’ll try a few short exercises to experience the method for yourself. You won’t be asked to write about difficult experiences or to share anything you write, and pens and paper will be provided. You’ll leave knowing how to use FloWriting privately, whenever the time and place feel right for you.
