So many of us spend our days alone behind screens. Always on, rarely together.
This is an evening to connect and come together as a community.
We'll start with breathwork and Yoga NIdra, letting our nervous systems settle side by side. Then we'll move in ecstatic dance and a sound journey, coming together through our bodies, in joy. We'll close outside, around the fire, with storytelling, intentions and time to simply be with each other.
