A space to breathe, release and return to your most authentic self.
Rebirth Breathwork
Rebirth Breathwork is a form of consciously connected breathing in which the inhale and exhale are gently joined to create a continuous breathing rhythm. As the breath deepens and the thinking mind begins to quieten, the practice creates space to turn inward and become more aware of the body, emotions and patterns we may be holding.
Rebirth Breathwork is used to support emotional and physical wellbeing, ease stress and tension, bring awareness to held emotions and past patterns, and encourage greater clarity, connection and self-awareness. For some, the experience can be deeply relaxing; for others, it can bring emotional release, insight or a renewed sense of connection with themselves.
No previous breathwork experience is required. Guidance will be provided throughout the session.
