Join BBC presenter, naturalist and self-described 'nature nerd' Lucy Lapwing for a Wildlife Walk along the Water of Leith to discover the wondrous wildlife that lives there. The walk will set off from the Modern Art Gallery and down to the Water of Leith at 5pm and last approximately an hour. The walk will take place before we sit down with Lucy to discuss her fantastic new book 'Love is a Toad' at 7.00pm. Please purchase your tickets for the talk separately. Location : Water of Leith Date: 11th September Walk Start Time: 5.00pm Meeting Time: 4.45pm Meeting Place: Modern Art Gallery One; we will meet on the drive, just outside the front door of the Gallery and make our way down to the Water of Leith. Please note there are uneven stairs down to the River. Please remember to pack a raincoat, suitable walking shoes, and refreshments. And it's also BYOB (Bring Your Own Binoculars).
