Feel the music. Follow your body. Find your way back to yourself.

Back to Yourself is an immersive evening of music, movement and connection.

Over four hours, you'll experience a carefully curated soundtrack designed to take you on an emotional journey through movement.

Expect an eclectic mix of melodic and funky house, drum & bass, pop, rock, 80s, 90s, acoustic tracks, spoken word, cinematic instrumentals and powerful vocals.

Every track has been chosen with intention.

Some will energise you, some may evoke memories or emotion, while others simply invite you to slow down, breathe and be present.

Throughout the journey, I'll offer gentle prompts and invitations to help you connect with the music, your body and your emotions, while always leaving you free to move in whatever way feels right.

What to Expect

🌙 Guided Relaxation

We'll gently bring the energy back down with a calming guided relaxation, leaving you feeling grounded and refreshed.

☕ Drink, Cake & Community

We'll finish with tea or a smoothie, cake and conversation; a chance to reflect, connect and enjoy the company of others before heading home.
